Nützliche Informationen über die Haartransplantation:
- Erster Verbandswechsel wird am zweiten postoperativen Tag vorgenommen.
- Antibiotische Creme wird im operierten Bereich aufgetragten.
- Am vierten postoperativen Tag darf der Patient duschen.
- Die Fäden werden je nach operiertem Bereich am fünften bis siebten postoperativen Tag gezogen.
Die Technik Choi FUG ist eine relativ einfache Prozedur, bei der ein ellipsenförmiger Hautstreifen, der die nötige Menge vorhandenes Haares enthält, aus dem Donorgebiet - für gewöhnlich vom hinteren Bereich des Skalpes /Haarkranz/ - entnommen wird.
Danach wird der Streifen mittels eines Stereoskopes in folikulären Büschelchen geteilt (folikuläre Büschelchen bestehen aus 1, 2 und 3 Haaren). Dann werden Einschnitte in dem gewählten Bereich gemacht und der Arzt transplantiert diese folikuläre Büschelchen, die später die neuen Haarwurzeln bilden. Das Ergebnis ist die vollkommen natürliche Verdichtung und Wiederherstellung der Haares.
Der Implanter Choi erlaub, dass die Transplantate mit der erforderlichen Dichte sehr nah aneinander transplantiert werden. Aus diesem Grund ist das Ergebnis ausgesprochen natürlich, sogar nach dem ersten Besuch in der Klinik, was aber immer vom Donorgebiet (Elastizität und Dichte) abhängt.
