About Cirugía reconstructiva
En la esfera de la cirugía reconstructiva han sido elaboradas viarias técnicas reconstructivas para la corrección de problemas relacionados con la extracción de formaciones cutáneas y después de traumas. Estas técnicas se basan en la concepción de la extracción de colgajo, es decir un tejido de parte del cuerpo que se traslada par cubrir un vacío histólico. El colgajo puede ser solo piel; piel y tejido adiposo; músculo; músculo, tejido adiposo y piel; fascia; puede contener también hueso. La perfusión del colgajo puede ser facultativa y de esta manera se puede colocar sobre una zona cutánea vecina o de manera axial, de un vaso sanguíneo. En el último caso se puede trasladar únicamente mediante técnicas microquirúrgicas (colgajo libre).
En muchos de los casos el paciente es dado de alta el mismo día.
Cuando el colgajo se traslade a zona vecina, sin separarse por completo, la intervención no es seria y dura de una una hora y media. En este caso el paciente es dado de alta el mismo día. Estas técnicas se aplican para la eliminación de cicatrices de quemaduras, de grandes lunares pigmentados o tumores cutáneos, para cubrir chancros y para liberar conctracturas /Z plástica/. En todos los casos la técnica que se aplicará debe ser elegida por el cirujano después de una estimación del grado de las complicaciones.
